UN-Habitat program manager Douglas Ragan met with WIR at the United Nations headquarters in Nairobi to discuss further cultural cooperation on promoting positive messages to young people through concerts and other events. WIR Founder Rolf Stahlhofen was invited to perform at the World Urban Forum in Katowice Poland alongside South Sudanese child soldier Emmanuel Jal. Another proposed set of events is being proposed for 2023.
